Red Tyrannosaurus-Rex

It had been a while not seeing a classic looking Tyrannosaurus. When reading the JP and Lost World novels, the Rexes were described as being red in color. This takes me back to those days. The amount of detail is astonishing and it is a pencil sketch. The shading and lighting is spot on as if the animal is truly alive and roaring out into its territory.
In a way, this piece could be concept art for the original Jurassic Park film it is that impacting. The part that really catches my eye is, well, the eye. This piece says, "I've found you, prepare to run." It's terrifying.
The detail is what makes this piece work. It truly captures the beauty and horrifying aspects of Tyrannosaurus Rex and really shows what made this animal the most famous Dinosaur of all.
